Buffet Menu

Whether you are entertaining just a few friends or hosting a large group of guests, our buffet menus can be adapted to suit every occassion. The dishes are bursting with flavour, colour and variety.

A perfect choice for a luncheon or dinner! Talk to us and we can create a menu just for you!

$20 Buffet Menu

Minimum 30 guests (20-30 people $5 extra per head)

 

Choose two

Thai chicken and coconut curry with jasmine rice

Glazed ham with mustards and chutney

Moroccan meatballs with cumin spiced tomato sauce and couscous pilaf 

Seasonal vegetable lasagne

 

Choose two

Coleslaw with ginger and sesame dressing

Orzo salad with rocket, peas and mint

Leafy greens with tomatoes, cucumber, feta and basil vinaigrette

Seasonal vegetables tossed with fresh herbs and butter (hot)

Steamed baby potatoes with mint (hot)

 

Add a basket of bread rolls for $1 per person

Potato gratin with garlic, cream and leeks (hot)

Coleslaw with ginger and sesame dressing
